been missing four days. kim dacey has details. >> 18 ryan jackson, or fred, as he was known by his friends and family, has been missing since wednesday. >> we can't pin point -- pinpoint what's happened, because we have been calling his cell phone and it has rolled over. >> his father says fred was last seen at a home in lansdowne, the same home reported for suspicious activity this past week. he came around saturday asking questions and the owner let him inside. what he says he saw disturbed him. >> the flood is in the living room. it is under the sofa, under the pillows, on the wall, in the ceiling. it was a good amount of blood that was in the house.

seahorse bar on wise avenue. all three victims were taken to bay view hospital. no word on what led to the stabbing. >> an investigation into a deadly stabbing in south baltimore. the man was found with multiple stab wounds before 2:00 near the 5500 block of pennigton avenue. the victim died at the scene. >> meanwhile a 30-year-old man is in serious condition after a shooting in baltimore. we're told the victim was shot in the neck in the 1200 block of beaumont avenue. victim's identity not released by police. >> members of the organization move os on.org joined occupy baltimore to protest social injustice. >> i think there is a lot of

anger out there that is not articulated, so people are starting to articulate it. >> the creation of jobs, the tax on millionaires to support that, and also to reduce the military. but mainly for jobs and justice. >> the occupy baltimore protesters have been camped out at pratt and light streets for nearly two weeks now. >> in this morning's education alert, a windsor mill teacher has been named teacher of the year. joshua parker has been given the award from lieutenant governor sandusky. now he will participate in a competition for teacher of the year for the nation. that will be awarded in april.

comfortably into the afternoon because we will see a little sunshine. there is a larger storm system up toward the north. this is what's producing the showers from lower michigan all the way to western pennsylvania. these are actually lake-enhanced rain showers because there is cool air coming in behind the storm system. overall for us, it is going to increase the clouds throughout the day. eventually we have a chance for sprinkles tomorrow. right now high pressure in control. that will dominate our weather throughout the rest of the day. there is a disturbance riding along this boundary. as this moves north of us, that may bring a chance of sprinkles. there is a better bet of rain once this storm system shifts our way. that comes into tuesday night, wednesday when we talk about heavier rain in the forecast. for today you have the sunshine to start. clouds moving in toward the afternoon. we will warm up into the low to mid 70's across central maryland. 73 for southern maryland.
